Luna moths are not rare, but are rarely seen.
A few days ago I saw a reel about the Luna Moth. It really struck me how there are so many parallels between nature and our human lives if you look for them.
These creatures have a lifecycle of only around 3 months. That’s not long. The craziest part is that when they finally emerge from their cocoon, they only live for 7 days.
Lately, I feel like I have spent so much of my life trying to figure out who I am and how I fit in this world. Being someone I am not for the sake of other people was a large part of my life. I think many can relate, unfortunately. Being in my late 40’s now, I have a pretty good idea of who I am and I am proud of so many things. It’s interesting that for so many, we become our most beautiful selves once we are just past midlife.
